Overview
BC Trucking Association
The BC Trucking Association (BCTA) is a non-partisan and non-profit organization that advocates for the interests of motor carriers across the country. Established in 1913, the association represents a diverse membership of private and for-hire carriers that transport various types of goods, including heavy specialized commodities, bulk products, and general freight. Additionally, BCTA represents motor coach, courier, and waste management companies, as well as suppliers to the industry. As British Columbia’s only province-wide motor carrier association, BCTA offers valuable resources and support to members, including advocacy efforts, industry news and updates, and educational opportunities.
